The context
Major entertainment precinct opening. A landmark venue opening required supply chain processes and tools across seven workstreams — product arrival, receiving, production kitchen, stock management, supplier engagement, metrics and food safety.
What we did
- Designed and built six tactical solutions on the client's low-code platform — delivery issues with automated supplier credit requests, mobile roll-cage asset tracking, non-supply automation, ops KPI dashboards, production-kitchen and central-stores planning
- Integrated with the ERP via data gateway; retired two legacy applications
- Full transition-to-operate: delivery playbooks, issue-triage guides, support RACIs, hypercare
