National aged care provider. A newly established aged-care assessment service delivering a federal government contract across NSW and the ACT. With major reform — the Single Assessment System — approaching, the operating model, processes and technology for workforce planning, rostering and scheduling needed uplift.
What we did
- Engaged closely with operational teams to map current processes and challenges
- Gap assessment across organisation design, scheduling & rostering processes, KPIs and technology
- Ran design sessions with the scheduling software vendor, providing independent advice on capability fit
- Identified process and systems uplift options for scalability and cost-effectiveness

- Prioritised uplift opportunities and options across process and systems
- High-level business case for the target operating model
- Implementation roadmap to reach the uplifted model ahead of reform
