The context
Top-20 Australian private company — agriculture & food. The business was commissioning one of Australia's first dark (lights-out) cold storage sites — automation that demanded a warehouse management system designed for it from the ground up.
What we did
- Led the design and implementation of the WMS for the automated dark cold-storage operation
- Integrated automation and materials handling into system workflows
