With experience spanning both diagnostic and implementation projects, she has supported a diverse range of commercial and defence clients in building smarter, more resilient supply chains.

Emma brings deep expertise in the Australian Defence Force supply chain, developed through her work at GRA (part of Accenture) and the Australian Public Service. She has a strong grasp of System Program Office governance and the full Capability Lifecycle, enabling her to navigate complex defence requirements with clarity and precision.
