James leads our Sydney Office. James is an experienced consultant who has advised both government and commercial clients on supply chain strategy and transformation for over 25 years. He has a unique focus on aligning a clients' supply chain to strategic objectives and achieving strategic, operational, cost, customer experience and environmental outcomes.
Shanaka Jayasinghe
Shanks leads our Melbourne Office. He has 15+ years of experience working with c-suite and boards across a variety of industries - helping to turn supply chains into a source of competitive advantage for his clients. Shanks is always looking to push boundaries and help clients practically adopt supply chain innovations. He has published several whitepapers and is regularly recognised in the media (radio, newspaper) for his thought-leadership.
Mathew Tolley
Mat leads our government & defence client group – across Australia. He has over 15 years of public and private sector experience across a variety of client engagements, from the resilience of critical supply chains at a national level, through to advanced planning system implementations. His focus is bringing together people and technology to transform supply and service chains to deliver greater value.
